WaiverNon-Medical Home Care at Assets Home Care Services can be paid for through Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Programs of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. (Subject to eligibility) This is the ideal choice for low-income families to receive quality care for their loved one at home.

Aging Waiver

  • For individuals aged 60 and Older
  • Available to Pennsylvanians
  • Ideal for individuals who want to continue living in their homes and communities

Independence Waiver

  • For adults with a severe physical disability
  • Provides help for the individual to remain in the community and be as independent as possible.

OBRA Waiver

  • For individuals with developmental or physical disability
  • Allows the individual to live in the community and remain as independent as possible.

COMMCARE Waiver

  • For individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  • Have a medically determined diagnosis of traumatic brain injury (TBI)
  • Offers services to help the individual remain as independent as possible at home

Attendant Care Waiver/Act 150 Waiver

  • For individuals with physical disability
  • Assistance services to enable the individual to continue living at home
  • Offers community services
